firm is based on a few simple, but not always "easy"

service and pricing. Even more important, we look at your customer
profile to design a collection approach that will maximize your cash flow
while protecting the goodwill of your customers.

Much has
changed since 1984, when Philip E. Trowbridge (our founder) entered the
collection industry with a large national firm. The Internet has given us
tools that were not even thought possible at that time. We use these
tools and systems to be efficient and cost competitive. However, the real
work and success in our industry still remains person-to-person contact and
communication skills. That has not changed in nearly 20 years. And, we
don't see it changing anytime soon.
In 1988, Philip (Phil) launched Trowbridge and Trowbridge. We are
thankful for the success and growth that our firm has experienced since
that time. We are also quite pleased that a growing number of CPA
firms have chosen to refer their clients to Trowbridge and
Trowbridge. They trust us with their reputations and they are often
our most demanding customers. They have also contributed greatly to our
success.
